2x16' Titanium Exhaust Wrap

2x16' Titanium Exhaust Wrap is made from pulverized lava rock, and woven from basalt fiber. Produced by twill or straight weave, it has good tensile strength. We can also use a hybrid weave, such as white glass fiber, or black basalt fiber, meet customer requirements for color appearance.

High temperature resistance is the most important performance of this exhaust wrap. Exhaust tape must be able to withstand the high temperatures found in exhaust systems, typically between 600°C and 1000°C, depending on the material and design of the product. Using materials that are not resistant to high temperatures may result in damage or failure of the insulation tape.

The products we produce also meet strict environmental standards. In order to ensure tight weaving, many manufacturers will add a lot of glue and adhesive lights during the processing. These chemicals tend to volatilize when heated, producing smoke and pungent odors. Our factory has been aware of the existence of this problem very early. We have carried out production technology reforms and we will not add any chemicals during the production process. This ensures that no toxic gases will be produced during use. At the same time, we can also ensure the tensile strength of the exhaust wrap.
